Dr. Lori Walker grew up in Sparta, NJ and received her B.Sc. at Rutgers University and went to veterinary school at University of California at Davis School of Veterinary Medicine. After graduation in 1991, she returned home with her husband and two children to practice in Sussex County, NJ and surrounding areas. Besides practicing veterinary medicine, she breeds and shows alpacas and Rhodesian Ridgeback dogs. She has 30 years of experience in veterinary medicine.

Areas of special interest for Dr. Walker are Integrative Medicine, Acupuncture & Chinese Herbs, and Class 4 Laser Therapy. She is also a Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist. She’s also an avid equestrian and frequently goes camping with her horses, loves boating, and also has spent time working with dogsled teams in Alaska!
