Covid - 19 Protocol update as of June 18, 2021
Great News! We sincerely hope you are staying safe from Covid-19. We are still taking extra precautions to keep our staff and clients safe but we have loosened some restrictions. We are now allowing owners into the hospital on a limited basis. Masks will be required for entry. Please discuss this with the customer service representative when you call in upon your arrival to Tri-State Veterinary Hospital. We ask that clients stay in their vehicle upon arrival and call the hospital at 845-856-1914.
After speaking to the CSR, please wait in your car to be escorted in for your appointment by a veterinary nurse. In keeping with protocol, we are still asking for your cooperation in limiting the number of family member in at a time.
If you or someone in your household has recently tested positive for COVID-19: arrangements can be made at the hospital to care for your pet without exposing staff members and other owners. Thank you.
